1. Always wash all the cavities and the skin after you had intercourse. Especially the cavities are a perfect breeding ground for fungus, mold, and various bacteria or viruses. Clean it with soap water and let it dry in a warm room, or use a fan to get them completely dry.
2. If it’s built-in, you could use a condom & vaseline as lube.
3. Try a female condom. All you have to do with them is oil them up to slide them in then lube the inside of the condom.
4. If the look of the labia is an important part of the experience for you, a female condom is probably a no-go. But it’s unlikely it’ll come out, as long as you lube the inside of the female condom properly with a water-based lube. Some people use lube to get the female condom in, but I found that was not needed. It goes in quite smoothly with the help of a hole cleaning stick and no powder or lube on the outside.
