1. I disposed of a doll body by cutting the TPE with a razor knife into 5 or so small pieces that fit into trash bags. This was actually pretty easy. The metal skeleton was pretty light and was easy to fold into another bag. The whole process took less than 20 minutes.
2. Contact the vendor and ask if they have a service to dispose of the old doll.
3. You can buy a big enough box online, It may cost you some money but you could just tack the price onto the buyer. She doesn’t sound like her damage is major, I’m pretty sure it would be an easy fix for somebody interested.

Why don’t just gift her out to someone. I’m sure there are a lot of people who want one and can’t afford it. The condition doesn’t have to be perfect and got free some people won’t care that it’s used. After all when you get a real woman unless she’s a virgin shes been used before.
