It depends on the person. I don’t feel like I’m super socially awkward despite never pursuing romance or being pursued. However, I’d assume that dolls would make me even more confident. I can’t really say much more for certain with the pandemic keeping us socially distanced and all at home.
Two warnings: Research the maintenance needed for your brand of a doll because every factory uses its own differing blends of TPE or Silicone. Make sure you know what you need to do for the doll beforehand. Also, ALWAYS make note of the weight/size specs when browsing for a purchase! You don’t want to overlook that and end up with something too heavy or something too short. These warnings together should help dissuade hasty purchases.
