TPE is very forgiving for piercings. But of course, it depends a lot on the nature and location of the piercings. You can puncture this material and if you remove the piercing you won’t be able to find the hole again. The only thing you must take care of is that the piercings don’t get caught in something, like bedsheets, clothing material, sofa fabrics, carpets, etc … If the piercing gets caught in something while you have wild sex with your love doll, it might tear the TPE. So do it at your own risk.
Below is a Doll I have modified with multiple piercings: belly button, ears, pubis mount, nose, nipples, temples. I could remove them and you wouldn’t notice anything after. Of course, avoid heavy piercings and metal earrings. Use small piercings and plastic if possible.
