1. Most female condoms are made of nitrile rubber (one of the materials used in disposable gloves) and will not react with TPE, or silicone.
2. My understanding is that the biggest problem to beware of is the lubricating oil on them, because they may have problems. However, just wash thoroughly and use it.
3. Nitrile is almost (almost) indestructible and can survive a variety of uses
