1. Don’t know about TPE interaction, but the silicone bands on stocking tops did leave a permanent mark on Suzy’s upper thighs.
2. No, they will leave marks. TPE and Silicone are not a good match as they react with each other.
3. Weird thing is that RTV silicone adhesive is safe to use with TPE (the one that smells like vinegar) but other silicone stuff isn’t I guess.
